  • The Event Partner or Operator tells us where to be, and our team arrives 30-60 minutes before the event to set up and prepare to receive guests.
  • Guests arrive at the event and are greeted by a professional attendant who will take payment, if necessary.
  • The guest is provided with a claim tag or locker key.
  • Guests either hand over their belongings to the attendant, who places it in a locker or secure storage area, or they are instructed to store their items themselves, depending on the storage service requested. 
  • The guest is then free to enjoy the event and retrieve their belongings any time.
  • Our team is typically onsite 30-60 minutes after the event to accommodate all regardless of departure time.
