- Guests either hand over their belongings to the attendant, who places it in a locker or secure storage area, or they are instructed to store their items themselves, depending on the storage service requested.
- The guest is then free to enjoy the event and retrieve their belongings any time.
- Our team is typically onsite 30-60 minutes after the event to accommodate all regardless of departure time.
Do attendees need to create an account or download an app to rent a locker?
No, attendees do not need to create an account or download an app. Our streamlined onsite rental process ensures a hassle-free experience without any additional steps.
How long can attendees rent a locker for?

What happens if an attendee loses their locker key or forgets the locker number?
In such cases, our on-site staff is readily available to assist attendees. We have procedures in place to help retrieve locker information or provide necessary access to the locker via additional verification methods.
What happens if an attendees leaves items behind after the event?
Not to worry! Any guest who neglects to retrieve their items can email our HQ team at hello@themobilelockerco.com or use our web-based Contact Us form. Our staff will reply promptly and coordinate the return of any items that were left behind.
