Under instruction from the event/venue, we remain open for pick-up for a set duration after the event’s end, typically 30 min – 1 hour.

Return of unclaimed items will be facilitated as conveniently as possible. Please email hello@themobilelockerco.com to coordinate return of your unclaimed items.

The Mobile Locker Co is not responsible for articles checked, content of articles checked, or for any item left overnight. The Mobile Locker Co offers bag check and locker storage, and does not provide security services.

We do not accommodate the storage of firearms, accelerants, explosives, or anything else our team determines to be unacceptable.
