We get it, sometimes you change your mind! We are happy to refund any online orders prior to the day of the event. Simply email us at email@example.com and we'll take care of you!
Once you rent online, we reserve a locker just for you, meaning someone who wants to rent onsite may not be able to if we don't have any lockers available for them. For that reason, we cannot issue refunds requested on the day of or after the event. However, we are happy to issue you a credit toward your next locker rental, so shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you were for some reason unable to utilize your locker at an event.
